Cancellation Policy
At Exclusive Logistics, we take pride in providing reliable, respectful, and professional transport services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation terms.
1. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund (less processing or booking fees if applicable).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

If we arrive at the pickup location and are unable to collect the vehicle due to customer error or non-attendance, a no-show fee may apply.

2. Delays or Cancellations by Exclusive Logistics
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered:

A full refund

Or the option to reschedule at no extra cost
We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic, road closures, or other force major events.

3. Change of Mind / Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after service has been rendered

Failure to disclose essential transport info (e.g., vehicle not in transportable condition)

Situations where delivery was completed as agreed

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
We may request supporting information before confirming eligibility.

5. Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or re-service in the case of:

A major failure with the service

Or if the service provided is significantly different from what was agreed
