1. Eligibility & Website Use

2. Services & Bookings

Exclusive Logistics provides motorcycle and equipment transport across regional and interstate routes. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received in full or as per agreed deposit terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved invoicing for commercial accounts. Full payment must be received before transport unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Changes to Services

Exclusive Logistics reserves the right to update or modify service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that affect existing bookings.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Liability & Risk

While we take all reasonable precautions, Exclusive Logistics is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles

• Items left unsecured or not disclosed during booking

• Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events

Transport is covered by basic transit insurance. It is your responsibility to maintain comprehensive insurance on your motorcycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on this site are owned by Exclusive Logistics. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms or act in a way that harms our business or reputation.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Exclusive Logistics, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of NSW.
