At Exclusive Logistics, we’re committed to providing reliable, timely, and secure transport of motorcycles and worksite equipment across Australia. This Transport & Delivery Policy outlines the key terms and expectations related to our delivery process.

Transport & Delivery Policy

1. Booking & Processing Times
  • Transport bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a pickup window is scheduled.

  • We aim to process standard bookings within 1–3 business days, depending on location and availability.

  • Priority or same-week bookings may be available by request and subject to additional fees.

 

2. Service Areas & Coverage
  • We currently offer door-to-door motorcycle and gear transport across NSW and major interstate routes (e.g., VIC, QLD, ACT).

  • Regional coverage is available and may require flexible delivery windows.

  • If you are unsure if we service your area, please contact us before booking.

 

3. Transport Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed upon booking.
While we do our best to meet all timelines, factors such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Third-party delays

  • Unforeseen transport issues
    may impact delivery windows.

We will notify clients promptly if delays occur.

 

4. Transport Costs

Pricing is based on:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Vehicle type and condition

  • Timeframe and urgency

  • Access/handling requirements

All costs will be clearly quoted before service confirmation. Surcharges may apply for non-standard deliveries.

 

5. Vehicle Preparation & Responsibilities
  • Motorcycles must be in a rollable, secure condition unless otherwise arranged.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal belongings and ensure the vehicle is prepared for transport.

 

6. Missed Pickups or Drop-Offs

If a customer is unavailable at the agreed pickup or delivery time, additional fees may apply for rescheduling.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with clients to avoid these situations.

 

7. Service Interruptions

In rare cases (e.g., severe weather, road accidents, mechanical breakdowns), delivery schedules may be impacted. We will always communicate changes and aim to reschedule as quickly as possible.
